Philotimo Forest and Flowers organic honey is harvested from bee colonies located in plants from Arcadia, known for its rich native vegetation. Forest and Flowers honey texture naturally crystallises, however it can be reset to a liquid form if the vase of honey is set in a pot of hot water (up to 45°C or 110°F).
